We design and manufacture all common injection molding tools.
Our experienced designers convert the design specifications into 3D design data suitable for plastics. In contrast to external tool manufacturers, we can make changes to the data sets during series production and quickly react and pass them on to the CAM system in real time.
sampling
We check all the functions of the injection molds in our injection molding department and release the mold for production together with the customer.
CAM specialists
After preparing the item data, our CAM specialists create the necessary milling programs and strategies for the machining centers.
Tool assembly and testing
In mold assembly, we integrate functions such as sensors, electronics, hydraulics and hot runner technology into the injection molds.
